Enden – In-Universe Origin & Meaning

Origin:The name Enden traces back to the Old Edsonian tongue, specifically from the root word Endora, meaning "the last fertile place" or "the enduring valley." It was originally used to describe the lush, wind-sheltered lowlands near the Whispering Pass, where small settlements clung to survival after the Age of Ash. Over generations, Endora became Enden—a name passed down through the families who refused to flee or surrender when famine and war overtook much of the continent. The Enden line was never noble, but it was respected—known for resilience, quiet wisdom, and loyalty to the land.
